I've given up on trying to get paid and given up on playing there.  I think their system is broken because it counts double downs or splits as a violation of the maximum bet.

I received $222 out of the 1,982.62 that they owed me.  The bets over $20 never happened unless they are counting splits and double downs on blackjack.

I think it's customary that only the original wager counts towards the max, not splits and double downs.  Because it's impossible to predict how many times you'll need to split and double down.
