Not sure if this is where I can post this but if not, my apologies and toss it where it belongs.
I just never experienced this kind of horse crap before and thought i'd vent a bit about it. At first I laughed at the silliness of it then I thoguht, what a bunch of ripoff artists. I've read about casinos charging for not playing at a casino for a length of time but I didn't think it was true. Out of all the casinos i've registered at this is the first time i've actually been charged for not being able to login/play at a casino.
I received this email from Winning Room earlier today:
Avoid paying any further charges
You have now been inactive for 12 months and have been charged €5 this month.
Log in to your account and play with your outstanding balance to avoid any additional charges. You will be charged €5 each month you remain inactive.
Well out of curiousity I attempted to log into my account and received the popop that players from my country cannot play that that casino. I remembered that Canada was restricted but it let me start my registration and then told me I couldn't play there halfway through registration. Apparentely they kept my info and are now trying to charge me for not being able to play there. LOL
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
