Проблемы с выплатами в Pokernox

Ich möchte die Diskussion auch hier im deutschen Forum weiter fortführen mit der Hoffnung das Pokernox darauf reagiert und es mir irgendwie ermöglicht meinen Gewinn von 100,-€ auszahlen zu können.

Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür das dem Kunden auf Pokernox.com viele Optionen angezeigt werden obwohl diese nicht wirklich zur Verfügung stehen. Als Erstes wird der Support per Livechat angeboten welcher aber nicht existiert. Ich habe per Kontaktformular mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Seitdem sind mehr als eine Woche vergangen in der ich keine einzige Antwort erhalten habe.

Desweiteren stehen dem Kunden verschiedene Einzahlungsmethoden zur Verfügung. Und hierbei kommt es zu meinem eigentlichen Problem. Ich habe versucht mit Neteller und Paysafecard eine Mindesteinzahlung von 20,-€ zu tätigen um die Auszahlungsoptionen freizuschalten. Beide Transaktionen konnten auf Grund von Länderbeschränkungen nicht ausgeführt werden. Ich verfüge über keinen Ecoaccount und besitze keine Kreditkarte. Wie also soll ich mein Geld auszahlen???

Ich bin bereit mehrere Beschwerden zu verfassen und das nicht nur auf LCB.org bis man mir eine Lösung anbietet bei der ich an mein Geld komme.

I have no understanding why customers are shown many options on Pokernox.com even though they are not really available. First of all, support is offered via live chat, but it does not exist. I tried to get in touch several times using the contact form. Since then, more than a week has passed and I haven't received a single response.

Furthermore, various deposit methods are available to the customer. And this is where my real problem comes from. I tried to make a minimum deposit of €20 with Neteller and Paysafecard to activate the withdrawal options. Both transactions could not be executed due to country restrictions. I don't have an Ecoaccount and don't have a credit card. So how should I withdraw my money???

I am willing to write several complaints, not just on LCB.org, until I am offered a solution where I can get my money.

Du hast Freispiele erhalten und damit 100 Euro gewonnen, was laut den AGB die maximale Summe für Bonusgewinne ist. Du würdest den Gewinn gerne auszahlen, aber dafür verlangt das Casino zunächst eine Einzahlung durch eine der akzeptierten Methoden, um dein Konto zu verifizieren. Die von dir genutzten Methoden (Neteller und Paysafecard) unterliegen Länderbeschränkungen und können von deutschen Kunden nicht genutzt werden. Die Methoden, die für deutsche Spieler funktionieren (Kreditkarte und Eco) besitzt du nicht. Du würdest gern trotzdem die Gewinne auszahlen und suchst einen Weg, wie dies geht, ohne Kreditkarte oder Eco zu verwenden.

Soweit korrekt? Hast du denn zuvor mit irgendeiner Methode bereits eine erfolgreiche Einzahlung im Casino gemacht?

I read your post in the English forum and here and I'm not sure whether I understood everything correctly. Please correct me if I'm wrong:

You received free spins and won 100 euros, which is the maximum amount for bonus winnings according to the terms and conditions. You would like to withdraw the winnings, but in order to do so the casino first requires a deposit through one of the accepted methods to verify your account. The methods you use (Neteller and Paysafecard) are subject to country restrictions and cannot be used by German customers. You don't have the methods that work for German players (credit card and eco). You would still like to withdraw your winnings and are looking for a way to do this without using a credit card or Eco.

So far correct? Have you previously made a successful deposit in the casino using any method?

Eine Einzahlung wurde noch nicht gemacht. Ich habe versucht per Neteller und Paysafecard die Mindesteinzahlung von 20,-€ zu tätigen um die Auszahlungsoptionen, welche das auch immer sein mögen, freizuschalten. Beide Versuche wurden vom Zahlungsanbieter blockiert. Habe somit keine weitere Option zur Verfügung um die für eine Auszahlung benötigte Ersteinzahlung zu tätigen.

A deposit has not yet been made. I tried to make the minimum deposit of €20 via Neteller and Paysafecard in order to activate the withdrawal options, whatever they may be. Both attempts were blocked by the payment provider. This means I have no other option to make the initial deposit required for a withdrawal.

Ich fürchte in dem Fall gibt es wenig Handlungsspielraum. Das Casino kann selbst festlegen, welche Zahlungsmethoden es akzeptiert und anbietet. Wenn Paysafecard und Neteller nicht gehen, egal von wessen Seite die Sperre für Deutschland eingesetzt werden, muss es eben eine andere sein.

Ich kann verstehen, dass es ärgerlich ist, aber es bleibt Sache des Casinos festzulegen, welche Zahlungsmethoden für welche Länder angeboten werden und wenn die von dir verwendeten für deutsche Kunden nicht angeboten werden, kannst du den Anbieter nicht "zwingen", für dich weitere Zahlungsoptionen hinzuzufügen und wir können da auch nichts machen.

Das Verhalten des Casinos entspricht dem Vorgehen, das in den AGB beschrieben wurde, wenn eine Zahlungsmethode einer Ländereinschränkung unterliegt, kann darüber auch keine Auszahlung gemacht werden. Ich denke, das einfachste wäre, wenn du einen Eco-Account anlegst oder dir eine Kreditkarte anschaffst, beides ist kostenlos möglich.

I'm afraid there is little room for maneuver in this case. The casino can determine which payment methods it accepts and offers. If Paysafecard and Neteller don't work, no matter whose side is blocking Germany, it has to be something else.

I can understand that it is annoying, but it is up to the casino to determine which payment methods are offered for which countries and if the ones you use are not offered to German customers, you cannot "force" the provider to provide you with additional payment options to add and there's nothing we can do about it.

The behavior of the casino corresponds to the procedure described in the terms and conditions; if a payment method is subject to a country restriction, no withdrawal can be made using it. I think the easiest thing would be to create an eco-account or get a credit card, both of which are free.
