When I get a little bit of free time, I like to play a game of poker. When I think about playing poker, I get this feeling of calm but also excitement at the prospect of playing a game.
I make a nice cup of char (tea) and load up the room of my choice (where I have some cash) and look for a game. I will generally play two or three games at the same time which will usually be a couple of sitngos and one tourney.
If the game goes on for a long time, I'll try and make myself another cup of tea in between hands, which is a challenge in itself!
I love the challenge of the "fish" as well; if I can knock a fish out that makes me very happy. When I make a bad mistake, I don't get angry. I use the lack of chips as a challenge to myself for a "comeback".
