Over the last few months, DoylesRoom has become one of the most popular online poker sites in the United States thanks to its reputation for superior software and a strong focus on the US market. Americas Cardroom, launched in 2001, was one of the original online poker card rooms. The site has recently re-entered the online poker world and is acquiring skins to fast-track itself to be a dominant player in the market. The DoylesRoom acquisition gives Americas Cardroom an opportunity to make that happen with an established, well-respected poker experience already in place.
2. Why should I continue playing at Americas Cardroom?
It’s our goal to always put players first. The acquisition happened because of the tremendous opportunity to expand the US market and actually grow the poker community to exciting new levels. With the knowledgeable and passionate DoylesRoom staff remaining 100% intact, we’re going to accomplish that by putting a lot of money and effort into bigger, better promotions and more impressive incentives for players. Plans for the next few months include a $65,000 Rake Race (up from the current $50k), a new online tournament series called ACROSS and an innovative new loyalty program that is going to rock the poker world. Stay tuned.
3. Do I have to create a new account to play at Americas Cardroom?
No. We’ve taken care of everything. The next time you launch the DoylesRoom software, we’ll automatically upgrade everything to the new Americas Cardroom software.
4. What happens to my DoylesRoom account and information?
It’s good to use at Americas Cardroom. Use your login credentials to play at Americas Cardroom.
5. I can’t log in to the new software using my DoylesRoom info.
We’ll help you out. Please contact Customer Service at support@americascardroom.com and we’ll get everything working the way it should.
6. Have my nickname and password changed?
No. All your account information remains the same.
7. What happens to all my account information, like FPPs, bonuses, and rake points?
Everything remains intact. Use your existing login credentials to access your account and you’ll be able to access everything you’ve come to love about DoylesRoom including FPPs, bonus information, Race Points, Free Parking points, Hand Histories, Player Notes, Satellite Entries, and more.
8. Are there any changes to current promotions?
Everything announced for October remains the same, including the $50k Points Race that’s currently running. We will continue to track player points for this promotion, as well as our Free Parking promo.
9. What about future promotions?
Our promotions, contests and incentives will only get bigger and better. We’re going to grow Americas Cardroom into the biggest and best poker community in the country—and the world. And we plan on doing whatever it takes to make that happen.
10. Will my hand history and player notes still be available?
Yes, you can still access any saved information in your account.
11. I can’t remember my password. What should I do?
Just click the forgot password button from the login screen and enter your login name and the email address you used to create your account.
