On the 5th of December Devilfish will move to a new Network.
Devilfish is moving its player database and player funds to the new Maltese (EU) licensed entity which is Goalgaming Ltd which is licensed and regulated by the Lotteries & Gaming Authority through Class 3 License number LGA/CL3/160/2010 as a Poker Room on the Class 4, number LGA/CL4/800/2012 of Beproga Limited. Furthermore, it will be supplied with Casino Games by the operator of the Class 1 License number LGA/CL1/509/2008 as of December 22, 2009 as a Casino offered on the Class 4, License number LGA/CL4/171/2003 of Worldmatch Ltd.
What will this mean for you? Basically you will still be playing all your favourite games under the new license. However, we shall continue to operate under the Maltese Authority, thereby giving you the same peace of mind that comes with the guarantee of full protection and scrutiny by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. This process along with the new Terms and Conditions have also been approved by the Authority.
Consequently your personal details and funds are being transferred from IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd to Goalgaming Ltd. If for any reason you would not like to proceed with the transfer you can opt out until 4th of December, and we will pay out any balances in your account.
