Forums across the Internet are accusing Pitbull Poker of cheating players out of money as well as having superusers participate in every day games. Pitpull Poker has admitted that there have been some security issues which lead to some of the errors but an investigation will continue to find out if there is any truth to the allegations.
Pitbull Poker, based in Costa Rica, has been facing such accusations since 2008. They were accused of “Stack Shaving” where players chips stacks would simply disappear from their accounts magically.
The allegations that have hurt their reputation the most is the claim that “Superusers” were participating in every day games. A superuser is an account holder that is able to view everyone’s cards. Network Manager, David Brenes will be interviewed later this week by Poker News Daily to comment on these allegations. The current investigation isn’t necessarily a formal one but is being researched by players and experts.
Brenes also claims Pitbull Poker will be providing more detailed hand histories to clear up the current allegations.
