Hello all, I'm new here and registered out of desperation to finally get in touch with the management of Hugewin casino. They have ignored all of my emails in the past 2 months, about 20 in total. And live support is there but they keep on saying they have no authority and keep on saying they pass on my issues to their management and then nothing happens. It's a dead wall.
They have voided all transactions in my account but then only refunded 1 out of my 3 deposits. I have been spending the last 2 months (this happened mid-February) to get my 2 remaining deposits back and despite many promises in livechat nothing actually gets done. I need to talk to their management/finance team rather than the livechat who have no authority to make decision at all.
Can somebody please nudge me in the right direction to get in contact with Hugewin casino management? Anybody has a contact in there?
