I have always played by their rules deposited many times using crypto, have sent them my documents a few times and been verified by their outside verification process. I made a withdrawal for the first time of $1300 and after a week I contacted my VIP host, Edward Childs, and he tried telling me something about free spins. I asked him what he meant and he couldn't. I told him that he knew perfectly well that the no rules no max bonus came with 20 spins and I used them 1st according to the rules before I moved on to the games allowed. At this time he told me to wait the 7 to 10 days which doesn't apply to crypto deposits. After 3 weeks I tried to get him on Chat, that's how he preferred, and he never responded. I was instead switched to the VIP account manager and she never acknowledged me. After about 20 minutes I asked her for an update on my withdrawal but she totally ignored me. So I'm reaching out to you,LCB, I'm so dumbfounded at their lack of respect for a loyal depositor. Please advise and thanks for listening.
