On December 9th, I sent my documents for verification, 9 days have passed and my documents have not been verified yet, although the support claims that it takes up to 7 business days. During this time, I was told that I cannot withdraw my money because I have not completed the wager x10. My last 3 deposits were without using any bonuses. The most recent deposit was $21. I am trying to withdraw $201 to crypto.
And every time in the chat they come up with new rules or start talking about x10 again (but as you understand, I have already exceeded the x10 wager a long time ago).
