Hi there! I am having similar problems with my withdrawal from this same casino. I am desperate for help with this, as o habe a serious sotuation with one of my cats and i need to get hjm to the vet ASAP.
I made a Bitcoin withdrawal request on Oct 30th. The fact that they take DAYS to process a Bitcoin payout is already ridiculpus but i couldnt change that so i just accepted that. So, now its the 3rd business day and i checled my emails thisorning and had received an email at 2:10AM from theiR Finance team asking me to RECONFIRM my Bitcoin address. I jad a really bad feeling that something was not right so i went into my account and lo and behold, the withdrawal request has mysteriously disappeared and the funds put back into my account. This is not the first time i jave had a casino pull this shadiness. So, now i am going to have to start a new payput request and this whole process all over again from the beginming and start the waiting all over again. I contacted support, which i knew would be a waste of time, i took screenshots of the whole chat, if you are wanting to see THAT ridiculousness, they cut the chat off whole i was in the middle of asking, once again, to speak to a sipervisor and wanted an explanation. Their explanation was completely useless and made no sense and they completely dodged the issue and fed me nothing of any help whatsoever. So, i did also reply to the email from the Finance team, with my same Bitcoin address & asking for an explanation for why the request had disappeared and what was the point of RECONFIRMING something that had been deleted...i was never asked to CONFIRM the Bitcoin address so what's with them asking me to RE confirm it? Are you able to please help in any way? My cat is really sick and i won the money fairly, they are jist pilling the same crap as so many other casimos and joping you will just give the money back to them by gambling it all away. I am really desperate for any help you can provide. I hope to get a reply soon from you or anyone else on this site who might be able to help me get this payout before my cat ends up even more sick or even worse.
