Casino has blocked my account after I shared below incident on their trustpilot review. I was facing the VIP spins issue which was declined by casino even after meeting the eligible deposit. When I wrote on trustpilot, my account is blocked few hours later.
I was VIP 2 here and never faced any issue till this exceptional case happened.
My main issue with Etheryl is regarding their VIP Ladder promotion and Weekend Free Spins, and more specifically how the they handled my claim when the two promotions overlapped.
I made a $200 deposit, which made me eligible for the VIP Ladder (runs for entire month) promotion of 200 VIP spins . Under the promotion, this should have entitled me to 200 Mega Spins at $0.40 per spin, representing $80 worth of spins.
At the same time, because my $200 deposit was made during the weekend, I was also eligible for the Weekend Free Spins promotion (limited for 2 days only). However, the casino credited me only the Weekend Spins and did not credit the 200 VIP Ladder Mega Spins and told it's replaced. None of promotion has this clearly mentioned that the promotion can be replaced if any other promotion is claimed thought both runs on different eligible and for a different period. Weekend promotion works only for Saturday Sunday where Ladder Promotion runs for a entire month and you become eligible to claim reward for any day you make eligible deposit. No weekend exception is mentioned in VIP Ladder Promotion.
The confusing part is that Etheryl's own VIP Ladder promotion appears to calculate eligibility based on total deposits made from the 1st of the particular month. Therefore, the $200 deposit made on 22nd August should count toward the VIP Ladder requirement regardless of the fact that I also received Weekend Spins for making the deposit during the weekend.
I raised this issue with the VIP team and provided evidence explaining why I believed I was entitled to both promotions. During the communication, the VIP team acknowledged that the promotional terms were not clearly stated. if the casino's own terms are unclear about whether Weekend Spins replace, exclude, or affect VIP Ladder Spins, the customer should not be disadvantaged because of that lack of clarity.
Despite acknowledging that the promotion terms were not clearly mentioned, Etheryl still denied my claim and refused to credit the VIP Ladder Spins (unfortunately).
What makes this particularly disappointed is that I am not asking for something that was never advertised. I am asking for the VIP Ladder reward associated with my qualifying $200 deposit. The fact that the same deposit also qualified me for a separate weekend promotion should not automatically mean that another advertised VIP benefit disappears—especially when the VIP Ladder calculation is based on total monthly deposits.
The latest response from VIP support simply stated that the decision stands final (unfortunately again).
The issue here is bigger than the $80 value of the missing spins. It is about clear promotional terms, consistent application of those terms, and fair treatment of VIP customers. If two promotions cannot be combined, that should be explicitly stated in the terms before customers make deposits. If they can be combined, the qualifying rewards should be credited accordingly.
I find it especially disappointing that Etheryl's VIP team acknowledged that the promotion wording was not clear, yet instead of correcting the ambiguity in favour of the customer or providing a reasonable resolution, they chose to deny the claim.
My experience has therefore been disappointing only for this issue. I would strongly recommend that Etheryl make its VIP Ladder and Weekend promotion terms completely transparent, specifically explaining whether promotions can be combined and exactly how deposits are counted when multiple promotions apply.
For me, this is not about getting an extra bonus—it is about the fair and transparent terms and conditions.
