Ok guys I'm super pissed off at this Casino right now, which is unfortunate because it is one of my most trusted and played casinos...
So last night around midnight , I went to go deposit money into my account, which was a $25 deposit , and I claimed my mystery bonus as usual...the payment said it had processed and was claimed. So I went to the main page to begin playing and my balance still said I only had a penny in it... So I thought maybe I didn't do something right and I proceeded to to back to the deposit page and deposit another $25 with a mystery bonus and it once again said the fund were claimed . I went to the front page again and it still said I only had a penny! So I checked my phone (I get alerts from my bank card whenever I make a purchase) and sure as hell my money was taken from my account and given to Cafe Casino. Ok so I thought no big deal I'll just contact live support and see if they can push it through or whatever.....
So I contact live chat and the guy tells me there are technical difficulties and my funds she be in there in no time...so I waited two hours and still nothing had updated. I contact live chat again and they tell me the same thing and that the funds should be available soon due to technical difficulties.. so I ask them what was going on and what technical difficulties were happening to make it to where I wasn't receiving my money that was never funded or refunded back to me and the live chat quit our chat after I asked that....weird...then I figured out well I will just check in the morning it should be there...
So I wake up this morning and check my account and STIL NO DEPOSIT .... Now at this point I am pretty pissed off and feeling like they are now stealing from me because no one is doing anything about getting me my money.. I tried calling the help line phone number and the dial tone is busy and won't let me even place the call to them.. so now I am speaking to live chat as I'm writing this and they don't even know what's going on to get me my money and they will not refund the deposit back into my bank account. WTT IS UP WITH THIS !?
Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do ? They won't even offer me any kind of compensation for having to wait this long just to hold me over and Im pretty disappointed considering I have spent thousands of dollars at this website over the course of time I have been playing with them. I feel a little betrayed not gonna lie... I feel like they aren't taking this seriously and nobody wants to feel like an online Casino is just straight up jacking you for your money.
