Ciao,

HI,

Were you particularly impressed by the quality of assistance from a casino operating in our area?

Then point it out in this thread and tell us what prompted you to report it (speed of response, competence, kindness, etc.)

I'll start... Pokerstars for their extreme professionalism and Betflag for their friendliness.

Like AAMS, I found myself well both with the desire to win, fast and friendly, but also with BETWAY I have to say that in terms of speed and friendliness BET365 was also truly exceptional except that I can't play it anymore.

I agree about Bet365 support...

On the other hand, all the large online gaming companies and in particular these English betting giants know perfectly well the importance of having adequate support.

Any player sooner or later finds himself having to contact the assistance of a casino even if this step should be addressed in a preventative way... to immediately evaluate who he is dealing with.

It's now part of my habit, once I've registered and sometimes even before, to contact support to see what's going on.

In some cases, although it happens rarely, it is the casinos themselves that ask customers who have contacted support to evaluate the assistance service received.

I also agree about Bet365. Imagine that sometimes I chatted with support even at 2 am and if I'm not mistaken he is the only one who is constantly active for Italian players.

Just to update the topic I wanted to point out that I found myself very well with 32RED , where I recently reopened my account, I found speed and kindness, but I thought that if this topic is on the positive I would open one for the negative , what do you say casino guy or leista28, why don't we start a discussion on the poorest chat service???

a big hello
