CasinoPlex: между акциями и проблемами

Forse qualcuno già leggendo il soggetto della discussione si sarà chiesto il perchè di un topic così anomalo.

La ragione è che non sono ancora riuscito a farmi un'idea precisa su questo casinò anche se nella mia breve frequentazione ho colto alcuni aspetti che intendo approfondire.

La prima situazione riguarda la tempistica dei prelievi che qui, a differenza di altri siti, risulta piuttosto lunga. (quasi una settimana includendo i giorni non lavorativi)

Mi sono trovato recentemente a chiedere un prelievo utilizzando skrill e il tempo di attesa ha superato quello previsto dai loro termini (già troppo lunghi secondo me) e quello "standard" riscontrabile in altri casino AAMS.

Infatti tolte le eccezioni di Eurobet e Betflag che pagano in un batter d'occhio, e alcuni siti che invece impiegano due/tre giorni, poi la media per i prelievi con ewallet si aggira sulle 6/12 ore di attesa.

Ho fatto presente questa situazione al supporto che mi ha dato due differenti risposte: la prima è stata che i ritardi dipendono dai controlli che bisogna effettuare, la seconda è che il tempo si allunga a causa dei flussi maggiori di richieste di pagamento.

Personalmente non credo che siti come Betflag o Eurobet, Betfair o Betclic riescano ad evadere le richieste di prelievo in tempi ragionevoli perchè fanno meno controlli o perchè hanno meno richieste di pagamento.  

Ma su questa situazione aspetto altri pareri....magari sono solo io ad essere stato sfortunato :)

Lo stesso supporto mi ha risposto che sono uno dei pochi utenti che si è lamentato di questo fatto.

La seconda situazione che non ho ben capito è la seguente...

A fronte di reload bonus abbastanza generosi (100% e 200% in gamebonus con playthrough di 50x) c'e' da segnalare l'assenza di alcune slot come WildGambler e WildGamblerArtic che hanno le caratteristiche giuste per facilitare lo sblocco di bonus con alti requisiti di scommessa. Infatti su queste slot è possibile bloccare dei wild e fare delle puntate più alte riducendo il rischio di perdita.

E' da valutare se l'esclusione di queste slot sia voluta o casuale.

Perhaps someone already reading the topic of the discussion will have wondered why such an anomalous topic.

The reason is that I have not yet been able to get a precise idea about this casino even though in my brief visit I have picked up on some aspects that I intend to explore further.

The first situation concerns the timing of withdrawals which here, unlike other sites, is rather long. (almost a week including non-working days)

I recently found myself requesting a withdrawal using Skrill and the waiting time exceeded that foreseen by their deadlines (already too long in my opinion) and the "standard" one found in other AAMS casinos.

In fact, apart from the exceptions of Eurobet and Betflag which pay in the blink of an eye, and some sites which instead take two/three days, then the average for withdrawals with ewallet is around 6/12 hours of waiting.

I reported this situation to support who gave me two different answers: the first was that the delays depend on the checks that need to be carried out, the second is that the time is getting longer due to the greater flows of payment requests.

Personally I don't believe that sites like Betflag or Eurobet, Betfair or Betclic are able to process withdrawal requests in a reasonable time because they do fewer checks or because they have fewer payment requests.

But I'm waiting for other opinions on this situation....maybe it's just me who was unlucky :)

The same support replied that I am one of the few users who have complained about this fact.

The second situation that I don't quite understand is the following...

In the face of fairly generous reload bonuses (100% and 200% in game bonuses with 50x playthrough) it is worth noting the absence of some slots such as WildGambler and WildGamblerArtic which have the right characteristics to facilitate the unlocking of bonuses with high requirements of bet. In fact, on these slots it is possible to block wilds and make higher bets, reducing the risk of loss.

It is to be assessed whether the exclusion of these slots is intentional or accidental.

Io invece non concepisco proprio perché alcuni casino facciano così tanti problemi tra l'altro sugli ewallet. Cioè quando uno deposita va bene ma quando si preleva e per giunta con il medesimo metodo guarda caso sorgono i problemi e le scuse per ritardare i pagamenti. Aams dovrebbe almeno tutelarci in questo e spero che presto finisca la pacchia perché con alcuni di questi signorotti che hanno una libertà di agire ed operare sul web dietro ad un pc e farsi "grandi" davvero non se ne può più! Poi sinceramente spero che prima o poi i casino legalizzati Aams con sede estera scompariranno del tutto.perché tuttora nessuno li controlla e quindi è ovvio che con la libertà che hanno fanno ciò che vogliono...

Se tutti i casinò pagassero con le stesse tempistiche nessuno ci farebbe caso.

La discussione nasce perchè i casinò che operano nella medesima giurisdizione, che sono quindi tenuti ad effettuare gli stessi controlli ed adottare le stesse procedure, pagano con tempi "troppo" diversi che variano dai pochi minuti fino ad una settimana.

Sinceramente da AAMS e dalle istituzioni italiane in generale non mi aspetto nessun tipo di tutela per i giocatori perchè le loro azioni sono volte esclusivamente alla tutela degli introiti erariali.

Il ruolo di AAMS sarà sicuramente oggetto di una prossima discussione :)

The discussion arises because casinos operating in the same jurisdiction, which are therefore required to carry out the same checks and adopt the same procedures, pay with "too" different times which vary from a few minutes up to a week.

Honestly, I don't expect any type of protection for the players from AAMS and Italian institutions in general because their actions are aimed exclusively at protecting tax revenues.

Si nessuno ci farebbe caso e per il fatto di tutelarci intendevo che Aams o meglio i suoi rappresentanti potrebbero almeno controllare perché alcuni casino pagano subito e altri anche dopo la data da loro stabilita. In più su alcuni casino potrebbero far abbassare il volume delle giocate che è anche di 100x e togliere soprattutto certi fun bonus che sinceramente non servono a nulla visto che se ti danno 10 o un altro importo poi non puoi avere un real di più di quell'importo e personalmente mi è capitato non una ma molte volte di vincere tanto con questi fun bonus inutili e di aver regalato per nulla le vincite e non aver quindi prelevato nulla. Se ciò che mi aspetto in un prossimo o vicino futuro è solo una pura utopia fa nulla, depositerò e giocherò nei casino dove so che riceverei le vincite non dico subito ma di certo non quando non potrei più riceverli perché di sicuro li avrei già rigiocati :)

 Ciao carissimo , pensa che 2 anni fa' stesso torneo , arriva 1 , con 1000 in bonus , poi chiaramente un volumme di gioco spaventoso ,se no ricordo male  50 o 70  volte , poi trattengono i 1000 e quello che rimane e' tuo .

Chiaramente vinsi il bonus da 1000 ma non sono riuscito a smaltire il volume senza perdere .

In questi casi conviene vincere un  bonus da 100 o 200 giocare piano e sperare per il meglio , non e' facile riuscire a smaltire 50.000 di volume di gioco senza perdere te lo assicuro .

Sinceramente ste promozioni pasquali non mi piacciono proprio e parlo della maggior parte dei casinò quindi meglio evitarle che giocando un po qua e un po la le vincite me le sono già per buona parte giocate su diversi casinò e in alcuni non ho vinto praticamente nulla e neanche giocando col bonus sul deposito.

Io sto buttando qualcosa qui e la e alla fine 100 euro li ho mandati in fumo e potevo gestirli diversamente. Coi piccolo depositi non rischi molto ma c'e' veramente poco margine per sbagliare.

I'm throwing something here and there and in the end I blew 100 euros and I could have managed them differently. With small deposits you don't risk much but there is very little margin for error.

Di solito quando gioco su questi siti che oltre al casinò offrono anche le scommesse prima faccio girare il deposito alle slot e poi, se dimezzo il budget, piazzo una scommessa a q2 o 3 per ricostituire il bilancio iniziale.

Sì è come hai scritto. Ho cercato dovunque ma non ho trovato nulla riguardo al game bonus. Comunque col game bonus sono arrivato con molta fatica a 57 euro giocando su Highways Kings Pro. Non sapete quante volte ho beccato i free spins a bet 0,09 e addirittura 3/4 volte anche 60 free spins con moltiplicatore 5x e 4 x per vincere poco più di 5 euro. Solo con il 2x ho vinto poco più di 10 euro un paio di volte poi non appena la slot iniziava a pagare ho aumentato il bet ma nulla. Forse avrò sbagliato a giocare quasi sempre su questa slot e su Captain's Treasure ma dubito che avrei portato a termine il playtrough sulle altre slots perché un volume di 2000 euro è davvero troppo se sono più le serie negative che quelle positive. L'unico sbaglio che ho fatto è avermi giocato anche il deposito. Alla fine ho giocato per due ore circa e non sono mai andato oltre i 25 euro. Mi sono poi fermato a 15 perché delle slots non ne potevo più ed ho piazzato una scommessa live...ovviamente persa. Quello sul calcio si chiama bonus di "benvenuto" proprio perchè viene assegnato al primo deposito effettuato.

Nella descrizione dell'offerta è scritto abbastanza chiaramente quali siano le condizioni e se hai ricevuto risposte diverse sullo stesso argomento la cosà è preoccupante.

Questo significa che nemmeno loro conoscono le regole.

Ti consiglio di farti rispondere per email perchè nell'eventualità che ci ripensassero assegnandoti il bonus successivamente non avresti problemi per ritirare le vincite.

1) il game bonus rilasciato è totalmente slegato dal deposito e ed è giocabile separatamente.

2) Molti dei giochi della Playtech, piattaforma su cui bisogna utilizzare il gamebonus; hanno un Rtp prossimo al 97%.

Attualmente solo due circuiti offrono bonus sul deposito da poter riscattare senza mettere in pericolo il bilancio depositato che li ha originati...e sono Playtech e Capecod.

Forse WilliamHill offre condizioni migliori del 50x ma non credo abbia offerte giornaliere di reload del 100% fino a 150 euro. (promo ormai fissa su CasinoPlex)

Perhaps WilliamHill offers better conditions than 50x but I don't think it has daily reload offers of 100% up to 150 euros. (promo now fixed on CasinoPlex)

The bonuses relating to Netent casinos have lower requirements (35 or 40x) but before you can use them you must have exhausted your balance (see Starcasino, Netvet etc).
