L'opinione che mi sono fatto su questo sito è piuttosto positiva principalmente per la linearità del loro sito, l'estrema competenza del supporto e l'originalità del bonus.

Su quest'ultimo aspetto vorrei ricordare che a fronte di requisiti di scommessa piuttosto alti (100x) viene offerta l'opportunità di prelevare immediatamente le vincite ottenute giocando lo stesso bonus.

E questo non mi sembra un dettaglio di poco conto.

Leggendo le opinioni su altri forum però avevo maturato qualche perplessità sul fatto che le loro slot non pagassero abbastanza :)

In realtà rientra tra le caratteristiche delle slot ad alta volatilità, che hanno una paytable più ricca e interessante, quella di restituire buone vincite con una frequenza minore.

Quindi è possibile che giocando con un bankroll ridotto (come io spesso faccio) a slot come Dolphin pearl e Lucky Lady non si riescano a centrare facilmente i giri bonus.

Questo è capitato col mio primo deposito...se avessi capito come funzionava il loro bonus avrei sicuramente fatto uno sforzo per versare di più.

Ultimamente sono arrivate altre loro offerte con il 100% su piccoli depositi e ho deciso di riprovare (tanto avrei potuto utilizzare il mio bilancio sulle scommesse e il bonus sul casinò).

Stavolta sono stato fortunato e su Dolphin pearl, con la puntata minima da 20 cent, dopo pochi giri ho preso il bonus...

la stessa cosa si è ripetuta su LuckyLady dove però la vincita è stata di 50 euro circa.

Ho notato che nel momento, purtroppo poco frequente, in cui si centra la modalità bonus i 15 giri gratis inizialmente assegnati man mano si incrementano.

Su Dolphin Pearl ne ho presi 90 mentre su Lucky Lady 75...e le vincite sono state, considerando anche le mie puntate minime, veramente interessanti.

Questo non è un invito a giocare ma era solo per chiarire a chi avesse dei dubbi che queste slot,  comunque pagano...raramente ma molto bene.

the same thing was repeated on LuckyLady where, however, the win was around 50 euros.

I noticed that in the moment, unfortunately infrequent, in which the bonus mode is centered, the 15 free spins initially awarded gradually increase.

On Dolphin Pearl I got 90 while on Lucky Lady I got 75... and the winnings were, considering my minimum bets, really interesting.

This is not an invitation to play but was just to clarify to those who have doubts that these slots, however, pay...rarely but very well.

Su Starvegas non ci gioco da un bel po perché fino a poco tempo fa c'era solo skrill come metodo di deposito ma ora vedo che hanno messo di nuovo paypal quindi appena posso faccio un deposito per giocare su golden ark e book of the ra grazie alle quali ho prelevato un paio di volte più di 100 euro. Nei vari forum leggo spesso lamentele di account bloccati e altro ma le volte in cui ho giocato non ho avuto alcun problema e tra l'altro i pagamenti li ho ricevuti se non erro nel giro di 2 giorni. Certo non ho vinto spesso ma di tanto in tanto ho beccato i giri gratuiti sulle slot menzionate e a volte anche negli stessi giri e le vincite erano discrete già giocando a 0,20.

I haven't played on Starvegas for a while because until recently there was only skrill as a deposit method but now I see that they've put PayPal back in so as soon as I can I'll make a deposit to play on golden ark and book of the ra thanks from which I withdrew more than 100 euros a couple of times. In the various forums I often read complaints about blocked accounts and other things but the times I played I didn't have any problems and among other things I received the payments within 2 days if I'm not mistaken. Of course I didn't win often but from time to time I got free spins on the slots mentioned and sometimes even in the same spins and the winnings were decent even playing at 0.20.

Proprio a riguardo alla tua osservazione...

Ieri Starvegas, attraverso un piccolo sondaggio, ha chiesto ai propri clienti se erano soddisfatti dei metodi di pagamento disponibili sul loro sito.

Per i depositi ora ci sono anche gli ewallet ma non ho capito se per i prelievi sono disponibili *solo* la carta e il bonifico bancario. (che a me sinceramente vanno già più che bene).

Per le vincite che ora ho sul conto non posso assicurare(mi) che si trasformino in prelievo perchè vorrei provare altri giochi e sfruttare la sezione delle scommesse. :)

Ti farò sapere in caso di prelievo come si comportano con le tempistiche...

Just regarding your observation...

Yesterday Starvegas, through a small survey, asked its customers if they were satisfied with the payment methods available on their site.

For deposits there are now also ewallets but I didn't understand if *only* the card and bank transfer are available for withdrawals. (which honestly is already more than fine for me).

For the winnings that I now have in my account I cannot guarantee that they will be transformed into withdrawals because I would like to try other games and take advantage of the betting section. :)

I'll let you know in case of withdrawal how they behave with the timing...

Yesterday, after contacting support by telephone to resolve a small problem that arose, they sent me two emails... within a few minutes of each other. :)

Il supporto è molto presente, gentile e competente ma non sono riuscito a venire a capo di una situazione.

Sto aspettando di ricevere una risposta dal reparto tecnico che probabilmente arriverà, come mi hanno comunicato, entro le 48 ore lavorative.

Nel caso non fosse risolutiva e convincente temo che giocherò altrove.

The support is very present, kind and competent but I was unable to get to the bottom of one situation.

I am waiting to receive a response from the technical department which will probably arrive, as they informed me, within 48 working hours.

Con leistat28 già ne abbiamo parlato in privato ma ho aspettato un po sperando che una certa situazione si risolvesse, ma non è stato così.

Ad oggi non riesco ancora a consultare una sessione di gioco a causa di "un problema tecnico".

Purtroppo quella partita a cui mi riferisco si interruppe nel corso del secondo dei freespin, ottenuti portando la puntata da 0,2 a 1 euro sulla slot Lucky lady's  cards.

Il supporto mi ha solo potuto mostrare lo screenshot del prima e del dopo freespin, con le vincite già conteggiate in bilancio.

Non per sfiducia nei loro confronti ma per una normale questione di trasparenza io avrei voluto consultare quelle fasi di gioco che mi sono perso (non per causa mia).

Perchè il mio pc e la mia connessioni erano perfettamente funzionanti nel momento in cui il gioco si è bloccato.

Una discussione sull'assurdità delle regole esistenti e sulle mancanze di AAMS già dovrebbe esserci.

Mi ricordo anche di aver scritto che quella norma che permette ai casino AAMS di annullare le vincite qualora si presentasse un'anomalia del software non l'ho pienamente digerita.

Nel senso che anche una slot che non paga per un determinato numero di spin potrebbe dipendere da un malfunzionamento...ma ne il casinò o AAMS, che si spartiscono i proventi del gioco, si guarderebbero bene dal rimborsarti qualcosa.

E se ,com'e' successo anche a te, una slot sfornasse delle combinazioni particolarmente premianti, anche ripetutamente, potremmo essere sicuri di veder riconosciute le nostre vincite?

Chi lo stabilisce se uno schermo pieno di wild o jolly è frutto di una normale fase di gioco o di un'anomalia?

La discussione è sicuramente stimolante ma molto pericolosa perchè se esistono dei dubbi cosi grandi, e io non ci voglio nemmeno pensare, non varrebbe nemmeno la pena continuare a giocare.

O perlomeno converrebbe scegliere quei giochi, come ad esempio le scommesse, dove siamo solo noi ad essere responsabili delle nostre giocate.

There should already be a discussion on the absurdity of the existing rules and the shortcomings of AAMS.

I also remember having written that I didn't fully digest that rule which allows AAMS casinos to cancel winnings if a software anomaly occurs.

In the sense that even a slot that doesn't pay for a certain number of spins could be due to a malfunction... but neither the casino or AAMS, which divides the proceeds from the game, would be careful not to refund you anything.

Caro casinista932  , onestamente devo ammetere che il dubbio c'e' esiste  ed e'  molto forte pero' mio malgrado , continuo a mio rischio e pericolo a fare finta di niente , certo pur vero che tante e molte volte ho preso dei bei colpi e tutto e' andato bene , poi sono io che ho perso le vincite , ma la pericolosita' del casino bronswer secondo me e' altissima , nel softwer installato non ho mai e poi mai avuto nessun problema , i problemi li ho sempre trovati e tra qui quello gigantesco riportato su prima ,(aiuto se ci penso mi sento ancora male ) proprio nei bronswer , pur avendo google crome un buon pc e un ottima conessione , quindi la verita' e' dura da capire i mezzi secondo me ci li hanno ma come puo' una slot sbagliare ??? lo trovo assurdo , chi ci garantisce realmente le cose ??

The most "serious" thing in all this is that the AAMS rules as well as those present in other jurisdictions only protect casinos.

Because if an anomaly occurs and the slot doesn't pay you won't notice it, but if the slot pays a lot the casino can say there has been a malfunction and confiscate your winnings.

Rinnovo la mia raccomandazione a non iscriversi e giocare su Starvegas a causa del loro comportamento fortemente scorretto.

Purtroppo non solo a me è capitato di avere una sessione di gioco interrotta in corrispondenza dell'inizio dei freespin ed e di vedere negata la possibilità di poter consultare la cronologia di gioco.

Li ho contattati più volte e ho descritto quello che era successo ma le loro risposte sono state evasive e spesso contraddittorie nonostante fosse stata sempre la stessa persona ad assistermi.

In un primo momento mi hanno risposto che l'interruzione del gioco dipendeva dalla mia connessione o da problemi sul mio pc e che i loro sistemi non avevano anomalie.

Poi successivamente, alla mia richiesta della cronologia di gioco, mi hanno risposto che dovevano risolvere un problema tecnico e che sarebbero servite 24 ore.

Trascorso un mese, dopo una serie di email, mi è stato detto (mentendo), che non potevo più consultare lo storico della mia sessione.

Cosa stranissima è che tra tutte le sessioni di gioco solo quella non era disponibile. Mentre erano consultabili la precedente e la successiva.

Ho raccontato tutto nella discussione "nel mezzo dei freespin su lucky lady" che trovi in questo forum.

Capisci che una situazione del genere, riscontrabile anche nel racconto di altri giocatori, getta molte ombre sull'operato di questo casinò.
