Казино AMSS, но можно ли там поиграть?

  Ciao Gamblers , come ben si sa' da ormai qualche anno i casino  si sono dovuti  adeguare alla licenza AAMS , quello che pero' non ho capito e sinceramente vorrei discuterlo , e' cosa succede se si gioca in casino con licenza per giocare con gli Itaiani ma senza licenza AAMS .

Porgo qui le questioni di esempio 

MI prendo una multa ??? 

E realmente illegale ?? 

Come mai ci sono casino comunque stabili e seri che ti accettano pur non essendo AAMS  ??

Io sinceramente non so' come funzioni ma prendendomi le mie responsabilita' gioco parecchio meglio e di piu' in moltissimi altri non AAMS .

E' soprattutto una questione di tasse.

Tutti le motivazioni di regolarità, legalità, tutela dell'ordine pubblico sono un pretesto.

Sono multabili tutti quei casinò che sprovvisti di licenza AAMS accettano come clienti delle persone che risiedono sul territorio italiano.

Sono multabili anche quei giocatori che giocando su casino non AAMS "movimentano" somme superiori ai 10000 euro all'anno.

Per movimentazioni non si intendono necessariamente vincite ma semplici spostamenti di denaro da e per l'estero che sarebbero tassabili al 50% come "redditi diversi".

Non sono invece al corrente di cosa si rischia se giochi 20 euro su un casino.com...

Già il pensiero di dover dare allo stato il 50% di un jackpot milionario dovrebbe tenerci lontano da giocare su un casino non AAMS :D.

Non nego che esistano casino.com serissimi, affidabilissimi, corretti...magari molto più di quelli "regolarizzati" e quindi non criminalizzerei, come si fa in altri forum, certe realtà solo perchè non hanno una licenza AAMS.

Che differenza c'e' tra giocare su un casino.com ed acquistare un prodotto estero su ebay o su amazon?

L'Italia ha imposto il monopolio dei giochi facendo valere il principio di sovranità nazionale in nome delle tutela dell'ordine pubblico.

Di fatto lo stato, per quelle che sono le norme assurde e le alte tassazioni imposte, sta invece lanciando un messaggio forte...i polli sono i miei e me li spenno io!

In nessun altro paese le slot nei punti fisici pagano cosi poco ed esiste una tassazione cosi forte, sia alla fonte che sulle vincite, su lotto e lotterie.

Consideriamo anche che solo sull'online, che costituisce poco più dell'1% del giocato, tutto è tracciato, regolato, noto e visibile.

Il gioco nei punti fisici, dalle sale slot alle sale bingo etc, è totalmente libero e fuori controllo ed è quello dove son o più presenti i giocatori patologici e dove la natura del denaro giocato non può essere identificata.

Di fatto l'italia è costretta a pagare ogni anno una multa poichè ostacola la libera circolazione di beni e servizi all'interno dell'unione europea.

In realtà sulle slot non c'e' molta differenza di payout tra i nostri casino e quelli esteri.

Forse c'e' solo un software provider che non è presente nei nostri casinò che offre livelli di pagamenti molto alti sulle sue slot ed è Multislot.

La differenza evidente c'e' tra i nostri grattaevinci e gli scratchcard esteri...con almeno un gap del  20% sulla distribuzione del montepremi.
