ich habe vor einer Woche bei Nextcasino gewonnen und dann auch die Auszahlung in die Wege geleitet. Geforderte Dokumente habe ich uploadet und auch eine Bestätigung geholt - alles war OK. Die 48 Stunden für die Auszahlung mit E-Wallet, die auf der Webseite angegeben werden, sind verstrichen (es dauerte auch länger ;-) und als das Geld endlich überwiesen werden sollte, wurde der Vorgang abgebrochen. What the Fish?!?
Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?? Oder weiß jemand Rat?? Ich habe zwar wieder eine Auszahlung beantragt, aber wenn ich das Wort PENDING sehe- naja, es ist nicht schön zu gewinnen und auf das Geld nicht zugreifen zu können.

Я выиграл в Nextcasino неделю назад и инициировал вывод средств. Я загрузил необходимые документы и получил подтверждение – всё казалось в порядке. Указанный на сайте 48-часовой срок вывода средств на электронные кошельки истёк (на самом деле, это заняло больше времени ;-)), и когда деньги наконец должны были быть переведены, процесс был отменён. Что за чертовщина?!
У кого-нибудь был похожий опыт? Или, может, кто-нибудь посоветует? Я запросила еще одну выплату, но когда вижу слово «ОЖИДАЕТСЯ» — ну, это неприятно, выиграть и не иметь доступа к деньгам.

I won at Nextcasino a week ago and then initiated the payout. I uploaded the required documents and also got a confirmation - everything was OK. The 48 hours for withdrawal with e-wallet specified on the website have passed (it also took longer ;-) and when the money was finally supposed to be transferred, the process was canceled. What the Fish?!?
Has anyone had similar experiences?? Or does anyone have any advice?? I requested a withdrawal again, but when I see the word PENDING- well, it's not nice to win and not be able to access the money.
